President Obama met and shook hands with Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez at the OAS Summit yesterday.
Chavez has declared that “there is more democracy in Cuba than in the United States” and has vowed to veto any resolution coming out of the meeting because Cuba has been banned from the organization. He has lots of oil.
